This device uses special LED lights to pass through the inspected lens, and the imaging is captured by a high-precision camera. It is then electronically magnified and presented on a display screen. By adjusting the distance between the LED lights, lens, and camera, it can clearly reveal surface defects such as "Alarabi" and "frogskin" caused by grinding. Traditional inspection methods using small red lights require high skill from personnel and are inefficient.
